You won’t believe the magnificent setting of this beach home until you see it in person. The home lives larger than its 2400 square feet would suggest, with open space living areas and more than ample bedrooms on both floors. The primary bedroom suite including a bathroom and walk-in closet provides a great refuge for the owners. The home is located on nearly one acre of oceanfront land on a private street. The property is gated and fenced to create a real sense of privacy. There are cedar walkways all around the home and the expansive patio on the ocean side includes a 16-foot glass octagon surrounding a large and powerful propane firepit. The landscaping speaks for itself, with a great view of the front yard from the kitchen window. This is truly a spectacular ocean front setting and desirable beach home for the discerning buyer.
