The village of Miglianico, in the province of Chieti, is situated on a hill at 130 meters above sea in the valley of the River Hole. During the Second World War it was the target of bombing and only a few rooms were saved, but in the 1950s the owner ing. Filippo Masci decided to restore it with his friend arch. Francesco Bonfanti and with the important contribution of Gio Ponti, proceeding to a renovation-reconstruction of the ruin, creating a work particularly interesting from an architectural point of view.
