Incredible farmhouse of the nineteenth century in the Emporda Located less than twenty kilometers from the Costa Brava, it allows us to reach the beach in just fifteen minutes. And another twenty kilometers from Girona where we find international schools and airport. With the passage of time the deterioration of the house was increasing until in 1995 the current owners acquired the property subjecting its walls and foundations to a complete reform that lasted three years, preserving all its historical character but renewing the structure, facilities, doors and floors of the house. The property consists of the main house of approximately 800 square meters, the garden with the pool and also a guest house, a summer dining room and several terraces. On the ground floor we find several living rooms, a large dining room, the cellar, a great kitchen and another smaller kitchen to help in the preparation before serving in the dining room. The property is surrounded by a large elevated plot and with a wall around it, so it is completely sheltered from view from the outside, offering great privacy.
