The palace building was built in the first half of the nineteenth century. It was thoroughly rebuilt in the 30s of the twentieth century by the then owner Michał Szulczewski under the supervision of engineer Cybichowski.
After World War II, the estate was nationalized and a State Agricultural Farm was established there.
The current owner very thoroughly and with great care under the supervision of the conservator of monuments, renovated and restored the palace building, equipping it with furniture and appliances reflecting its unique character.
The palace building has three floors:
1. Basement: kitchen, sauna with jacuzzi, pantry with laundry room, bathroom, wine cellar, boiler room
2. Ground floor: 2 staircases, hall, dining room consisting of two parts with a winter garden, 4 offices, bathing room (bathroom), kitchen
3. First Floor: 10 rooms
The current owner also carefully took care of the maintenance and development of the historic park, including a stocked pond with an area of approx. 1000 m2.
The entire property is supplied with spring water from its own intake, which is drawn from a historic, romantic well.
