The pool, which can be accessed via Roman steps, is flattened and varies in depth between 0.80 and 1.90 m, so that children can also have a pleasant start here. Conveniently, there is a covered terrace right next to it, so you can easily travel between the different locations. In addition to the comfortable loungers by the pool, there are additional attractive (and covered) lounging areas right next to the house. Two shady spots and more parking spaces are also in the immediate vicinity of the building, as is another house, which is equipped with its own entrance and garden and therefore does not affect privacy.~ Now inside the house: where do you start to look when there is so much to discover? It's not that easy, actually. In this case, we recommend taking everything in a slowed down fashion and really taking your time for the various details that are revealed here. Absolutely rustic natural stone walls act as a framework for all kinds of works of art, decorative pieces, colors, materials and shapes. Many of the unique pieces tell their own story and are worth a listen here and there. Here you should feel comfortable, relax and have a completely relaxing time! Entering the house, two small living rooms, one with a fireplace and the other with a large flat screen TV, are presented in an open architecture to the right and left. Several sofas are ready to rest, one of them can also be used as a sofa bed (for one or two people). On the left side there is also a cozy bedroom and a wonderful white-blue bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is to the right. It is two steps higher and exudes the typical Majorcan style. With a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Italian coffee machine, you'll find a good base for self-catering days. At the beautiful dining table you can also have dinner together indoors. Two comfortably furnished bedrooms, one of three and one double, extend this living level, as well as three other bathrooms, one of them en suite. In the center of the living room, a staircase leads to the upper part, where there is a kind of gallery with two single beds. White fabrics give this area a romantic vibe. You can also buy good shoes there, because this city has a long tradition in leather goods and footwear. You can also visit the weekly market in Sineu, which takes place there every Wednesday. You can spend a relaxing day on the beach in the beautiful bay of Alcudia or in Playa del Muro, for example. Golf enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here, as the Puntiro golf course is less than a 15-minute drive away.
