Seaview Tower overlooks the clear blue sea of Maremma, in Tuscany. Originally an ancient watch tower, this majestic property was fully restored and provides the highest level of luxury, along with a spectacular panorama of the Mediterranean.
The stunning views can be enjoyed from the villa's terraces and the gorgeous swimming pool. A walkway leads down to the sea shore, where guests have direct access to a private, rocky beach (shared with another villa), and to the villa's private sun deck. This property is in such a romantically beautiful position that a James Bond movie was recently filmed here. The area that surrounds the villa is a popular destination for the rich and famous with gorgeous yachts moored in the harbours alongside traditional fishing boats. The villa is an easy driving distance to splendid and popular beaches as well as charming, historical villages. The surrounding countryside is rich in flora and fauna; for instance, the renowned national park of the Maremma is nearby and can be explored by foot, horseback, or bike. Additionally, the town of Fonteblanda is just over one kilometer away, providing a variety of charming boutiques, fine dining, and facilities.
The views of the Tuscan coastline and surrounding scenery are absolutely superb, with the clear blue sea and the azure skies perfectly contrasting the lush green countryside and the lovely harbours, while quaint fishing villages dot the landscape. The magnificence that surrounds the villa is matched by its interiors. A quaint dining room greets guests on the right upon entering. On the left of the entrance, there is a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is a brightly lit lounge and sitting room with gorgeous views and air conditioning. There is also a dining table and chairs, as well as a kitchenette. This lovely, open space opens onto a terrace furnished with dining table and chairs for dining al fresco and sun loungers, an absolutely spectacular spot for relaxing while enjoying the magnificent sea views, with the Giglio and Montecristo Tuscan islands in the horizon.
The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests. On the ground floor, there are three lovely bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. In another wing of the villa, reached via a small staircase from the small ground floor dining area, is the ancient watchtower where there is a characteristic bedroom with four poster bed, and on the level above reached by wooden stairs a small shower room and dressing area. From here there is access to a small terrace at the top of the tower.
