The villa sits upon 10 hectares of olive groves and woods. The villa, the guest-house, and the swimming pool are true jewels of contemporary architecture and technology, all immersed in the Tuscan nature with distant views of the surrounding medieval villages. Both the main villa and the guesthouse sit amongst and are part of a hill of white marble. This famous white marble is the same as that found at the famous city of Carrara, located a short distance from the villa. Meanwhile the city of Lucca is only ten minutes from the property while the city of Pisa is 15 minutes away.
This estate is the result of design and environmental consciousness, having been constructed using ecological techniques and local materials. Though juxtaposing, it blends gorgeously with its surroundings. The design of the shutters of the house were the inspiration for an elaborate bowl, found in the house as a centre piece for the table in the lounge area, designed for the Alessi 2016 Collection. The furniture inside the house, like the sofas, the central table on the ground floor, and the marble seats located on the outdoor terrace, are all unique pieces of designer art.
The property offers design combined with comfort for a relaxing and welcoming stay. The villa can welcome up to twelve guests. It features six double bedrooms, all decorated with the same aesthetic throughout the estate, five bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a gorgeous dining room, a refined living room, and five terraces.
