Villa Cristal is located in a gated cottage village surrounded by a pine grove by the sea.
Immersed in the Mediterranean nature that characterizes this long-lived Island, villa Cristal, as the shades of the sea in front of the house, is welcoming and reserved.
A simple and linear structure, soft and relaxing colors, a large flat garden with pine forest, the small private sandy beach and the magnificent view of the sea and the island of Tavolara give to the hosts a deep sense of peace and relaxation in touch with nature.
The villa has a round shape and a contemporary style; it has an area of ​​about 180 square meters and is distributed over two floors.
On the first floor there is the warm and comfortable living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a walk-in closet and an independent exit.
On the ground floor there are three other double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and independent exit to the garden, and another bedroom with a bunk bed and private bathroom. Technical room with washing machine and an extra fridge.
